Bahar Energy Limited announced the successful completion of the sale and transfer of its interests in the Bahar Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) and Bahar Energy Operating Company to the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
This transaction marks an important milestone in the evolution of the Bahar project, ensuring continuity of operations under SOCAR ownership and strengthening Azerbaijan strategic development of its energy resources.
