CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 19, 2011) - Greenfields Petroleum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GNF.S) ("Greenfields" or the "Company") announced today that Donald Ingram, Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, has resigned his position for personal reasons.
